03/12/2026, 17:13The Chui Regional Office of the State Department of Architectural and Construction Control conducted an unscheduled inspection of construction sites in the Alamudun district of the Chui region.
The inspection was conducted based on information received about the construction of a concrete plant on plots No. 312, 314, 324, and 326 in the Baitik Baatyr aiyl aiymak.
During the inspection, it was established that the construction of the concrete plant was being carried out without approved project documentation, construction permits, and without the necessary approvals from the authorized state bodies.
Based on the results of the inspection, administrative measures were applied to Bishkek Investment Group LLC, which was carrying out the construction work. A decision was made to impose a fine of 200,000 KGS.
In addition, the operation of the identified concrete plant has been suspended until the identified violations are completely eliminated and all necessary permits are obtained in accordance with the procedure established by law.
