“O!Bank” has expanded its board of directors to seven members

There have been changes in the executive body of OJSC “O!Bank.” According to the issuer’s disclosure, two new deputy chairpersons of the management board were appointed by a resolution of the board of directors dated April 20.

Yana Zakhvatovich has been appointed to the position of deputy chairperson of the management board. Igor Makeev has assumed a similar position. Information regarding the appointed individuals’ shareholdings in the bank’s authorized capital has not been disclosed.

Both appointments were approved by a resolution of the bank’s board of directors. According to the disclosed information, the powers of the previously serving members of the management board were not terminated as part of this announcement. This may indicate an expansion of the management team from five to seven people.

Information about the new members of the Management Board has not yet been posted on the bank’s website. However, according to the current structure of the Management Board, the Chairman of the Management Board, Saimon Münter, already has a First Deputy Chairman in the person of Mikhail Evdokimov and a Deputy Chairman in the person of Adilet Dzhumaliev.
