O!Bank announced changes in the composition of its board of directors

Changes have been made to the composition of the executive body at O!Bank. The decision was made by the bank's Board of Directors on February 20, 2026. Information about this has been published on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange website.

According to the disclosed information, Rasul Aitkeev has been appointed to the board of directors, taking the position of managing director and member of the board of O!Bank OJSC.

This decision does not terminate the powers of other members of the board of directors.

No other circumstances leading to changes in the composition of the executive body have been disclosed.
