Trading volume on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange exceeded 266 million KGS

At the close of trading on 28 July, the total value of transactions on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange stood at 266.15 million KGS, driven by a single large transaction on the primary market.

The sole transaction of the day was the placement of 266,150 ordinary shares in OJSC ‘State Development Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic’ at a price of 1,000 KGS per share. The total value of the transaction amounted to 266.15 million KGS.

All transactions took place in the exchange’s listing segment. There was no activity on the secondary market.

On the government securities market, five transactions involving government bonds of issue GBQ02280724 were concluded on 28 July. The trading volume amounted to 172,300 KGS at a price of 100 KGS per security. The previous day, the volume of transactions involving this issue reached 4.96 million KGS across 29 transactions.
