Ozon Kyrgyzstan's turnover grew almost fourfold

Revenue in the first quarter of 2025 increased by 54% to KGS 161.4 billion. Turnover (GMV), including services, grew by 47% to KGS 780 billion. Ozon Kyrgyzstan's turnover for the first quarter of 2025 grew much faster — four times compared to the same period last year. The number of active Ozon sellers from Kyrgyzstan increased almost threefold over the year.

Investments in customer services and the expansion of warehouse infrastructure helped the company grow its active customer base: in the first quarter of 2025, the number of customers increased by 9 million to 58 million.

In Kyrgyzstan, the number of customers grew even faster, more than threefold year-on-year. The frequency of purchases is also growing: on average, each buyer places more than 27 orders per year on Ozon, five more than a year earlier. As a result, in the first three months of 2025, the company delivered 441 million orders to customers (+44% year-on-year).

The number of orders in Kyrgyzstan also grew significantly — almost fourfold year-on-year.
The company has increased its warehouse space to 3.6 million square metres. In Kyrgyzstan, the company's logistics capabilities include a sorting centre in Bishkek and an order reception point on the territory of the Dordoi market. In addition, the company is actively developing a network of order delivery points.
