Home insurance can now be taken out online - via AIS or Tunduk

Kyrgyzstan has simplified the procedure for compulsory insurance of residential premises against fire and natural disasters. Now the insurance policy can be issued not only on paper, but also in electronic form.

According to the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 350 of June 18, 2025, the policy can be obtained through the automated information system (AIS) - with the possibility of sending it to e-mail via the mobile application “Tunduk” - without the need to provide documents.

The changes are aimed at making home insurance more accessible and convenient for citizens.
