OJSC Experimental Leather and Leather Goods Association disclosed how much it will pay the board of directors

The Open Joint Stock Company “Experimental Leather and Leather Goods Association” has become a rare example of corporate transparency in the domestic market by openly disclosing the amount of remuneration paid to members of the board of directors.

An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders was held on January 13. It was held in person and had a quorum of 86.95%. This ensured the legitimacy of all decisions made. In addition to personnel and statutory issues, the agenda included a item on the review of remuneration for members of the board of directors — a practice that is extremely rare in Kyrgyzstan in terms of public disclosures by companies.

The shareholders approved the monthly remuneration of the members of the board of directors, excluding taxes and social contributions:

• the chairman of the board of directors — 35,000 KGS;
• members of the board of directors — 30,000 KGS each.

At the same time, a decision was made to terminate the powers of the previous board of directors ahead of schedule and elect a new board consisting of Zholdoshbek Alymbekov, Taalaiul Sulaymanova, and Nurdin Ibrayimov.

The composition of the counting commission was also approved and amendments were made to the company's charter.
