Now the office, located at the address: Rysbaya Abdykadyrov Street, 2A, business center “Zhamby”, works in 24/7 mode, including weekends and holidays. This allows residents and guests of the city to issue an insurance policy at any convenient time, without waiting for the beginning of the working day.
The initiative is aimed at simplifying the process of obtaining MTPL insurance and avoiding a frenzy before the law comes into force. A similar regime has already been in effect in Bishkek since June 24.
Starting July 1, driving without a MTPL policy will be punishable by an administrative fine of 3,000 soms.
The policy can be issued both in person and through the online services of the SES.
