07/08/2025, 09:20Work has begun in the city of Osh to demolish illegal buildings located on the banks of the Ak-Buura River, near N. Isanov Street. The first structure to be demolished is the Rossiya-Neft gas station.
According to local authorities, other structures will also be demolished in the near future, including retail outlets, car washes, and commercial buildings erected in a protected natural area.
The plan is to create a landscaped recreation area on the vacated land. The redevelopment will cover the area up to Vakhapova Street, with an emphasis on preserving the ecological balance and ensuring accessibility for city residents.
