Postponed, but not abandoned. The Ministry of Construction may give a second chance to a number of major construction projects

The Ministry of Construction has returned to the consideration of several high-profile projects, which were previously submitted for approval, but were postponed. According to the ministry, on June 25, the meeting discussed initiatives that require additional study, expertise or urban planning clarifications.

Among the repeatedly raised topics are the construction of the international resort hotel Manas, the development of the sanatorium “Buston” for 600 beds in Kadzhi-Sai, tourist complex “Ak-Bermet” in Cholpon-Ata, as well as the construction of a 7-storey residential building with social facilities in Bosteri. In addition, the project of renovation of a residential neighborhood in Osh city, where the development should be carried out taking into account the peculiarities of the local street network, was reconsidered.

As explained in the Department, the return of the projects to the agenda means that the authors have taken into account the comments, and now the documents can be approved - after additional correction.
