Deputy Prime Minister Danyar Amangeldiev Inspects Preparedness of Kyrgyz Post’s New Logistics Center

First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Danyar Amangeldiev visited Kyrgyz Post, reviewing the preparations for the launch of a new logistics center.

The visit was part of ongoing initiatives aimed at modernizing and actively digitalizing the country’s postal and logistics infrastructure. During the event, which involved senior management of Kyrgyz Post, as well as officials from various relevant government agencies, General Director Marat Cherikchiev provided detailed insights into the facility’s readiness and presented the full production cycle of the logistics center.

Special emphasis was placed on demonstrating key technological components, including an automated sorting line designed to significantly accelerate mail processing; an expanded network of new parcel terminals intended to facilitate contactless delivery; modern biometric Face ID equipment enhancing security; and an automated information system (AIS) developed to support e-commerce transactions and real-time logistics tracking within the framework of the pilot project "E-commerce Operator."

During the inspection, Amangeldiev highlighted that this logistics center is a critical element in establishing an efficient and transparent system for processing and delivering e-commerce goods. It aims to ensure full visibility at all stages—from inbound clearance to final delivery—thereby reducing delivery times, expanding digital service offerings, and improving the availability of high-quality, modern logistics solutions for the population. Following an assessment of the technological solutions and development prospects presented, the

Deputy Prime Minister issued a series of specific directives to the involved agencies. These instructions focus on expediting and ensuring the successful launch of the facility, as well as further enhancing the postal and logistics services system across the country.
