Almost 70,000 taxpayers have already filed their tax returns

The filing of the single tax return is ongoing in Kyrgyzstan. As of 23 March 2026, 69,851 taxpayers had already submitted their returns.

Of these, 26,219 are legal entities, and 43,632 are state and municipal employees, as well as certain categories of individuals.

The State Tax Service urges citizens not to leave filing their returns until the last minute and to submit their documents in advance to avoid queues and technical difficulties at the end of the deadline.

As a reminder, the deadline for filing returns by 1 April applies to domestic and foreign organisations, civil servants, as well as heads of organisations with state ownership and a number of other categories of citizens.

Individual entrepreneurs (with the exception of certain categories), as well as citizens receiving income without income tax being withheld, and Kyrgyz nationals working in international and diplomatic organisations, are required to submit their tax returns by 1 May.

Certain categories of citizens, including those wishing to claim tax or property deductions, may submit a tax return voluntarily.
