12/26/2025, 09:26Based on its 2025 results, Kantskaya Printing House OJSC accrued dividends in the amount of 959,300 KGS, but only four of the 309 shareholders entitled to them actually received payments.
According to the disclosed data, the total amount of dividends paid was 928,000 KGS. In other words, almost the entire amount of dividend payments went to a limited group of recipients. At the same time, 305 shareholders did not claim their dividends.
Dividends in the amount of 95,600 KGS remained unpaid, which corresponds to 161,854 securities. The reason for non-payment is standard: shareholders did not apply for income.
Thus, the dividend campaign of Kantskaya Tipografiya is an example of uneven distribution of payments. With a formally wide circle of shareholders, in fact, the main block of shares is distributed among four participants.
