08/15/2025, 11:59Minister of Energy Taalaibek Ibraev and Deputy Minister Nazgul Usenova took part in the VII Kyrgyz-Russian Economic Forum.
During the forum, Minister Taalaibek Ibraev held bilateral meetings with representatives of Rosatom, Solar Systems and Unigreen Energy, which are partners of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Energy. They discussed issues related to deepening cooperation in the energy sector, joint implementation of projects, promising plans and the progress of ongoing work.
In addition, the National Investment Agency organised a round table on investment infrastructure and partnership solutions for business development.
The forum served as an important platform for open dialogue between investors, business representatives and government agencies on key issues related to the development of investment infrastructure, discussion of the conditions for implementing joint projects and presentation of new initiatives.
The discussions were attended by Deputy Minister of Energy Nazgul Usenova, heads of energy companies, international and regional investors, investment and export agencies, banks and development institutions, logistics and industrial enterprises, representatives of international organisations, government agencies, industry departments, business associations, chambers of commerce and industry, and the private sector.
Speaking at the round table, Nazgul Usenova presented Kyrgyzstan's energy potential, discussed major projects currently being implemented and areas of cooperation with investors. The Ministry of Energy confirmed its readiness to cooperate with investors interested in developing the energy sector and implementing joint projects.
