03/10/2025, 10:43President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov in an interview with the state agency Kabar told when budgetary workers will start receiving their flats from the State Mortgage Company (SMC).
Due to the fact that the GMC is massively issuing mortgages on a shared basis, the queue of state employees is not moving, which causes mass indignation. However, as the head of state assured, the GEC management system is fully digitised. Those who stand in the queue can see how it moves online, and no one can jump and get a flat out of the queue as interference in the system is impossible.
‘I say to those in the queue, bear with me for a while. The houses under construction will start surrendering en masse soon. Then you will not move forward by 5-10 people, and then the queue will start moving at once and thousands of people at a time,’ the President said.
He reminded that today the authorised capital of the GIC is close to $1 billion, and by 2027 they plan to increase it to $1.5 billion.
