The Tunduk Beton plant is being used to build mortgage houses in Karakol

The Tunduk Beton plant is being used to build mortgage houses in Karakol. This was announced during President Sadyr Zhaparov's visit to the village of Baet in the Issyk-Kul region.

The head of state noted that the new plant will speed up housing projects in the region and provide them with quality materials.

The enterprise produces inert materials, concrete mixes, and reinforced concrete blocks. It is equipped with modern equipment and an automated control system. The production cycle includes three areas: a crushing complex, a concrete plant, and a modular construction site. The crushing equipment has a capacity of 1,000 tons per shift, and the concrete plant produces up to 120 cubic meters of concrete per hour.

The company currently employs 60 people, and at full capacity, the plant will be able to create 150 jobs. Investments in the project amounted to $4.5 million.
Company founder Bakyt Aydarov told the president about plans to expand the business, including the construction of five-star hotels in Bishkek and on the shores of Issyk-Kul. He also noted that modular reinforced concrete structures allow buildings to be erected in the shortest possible time—for example, a 400-square-meter building in Cholpon-Ata is planned to be built in just 10 days.

Sadyr Zhaparov recalled that on August 8, the keys to 450 new apartments will be handed over in Karakol. According to him, the launch of the Tunduk Beton plant will make a significant contribution to the development of the construction industry, create new jobs, and accelerate the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects in Kyrgyzstan.
