This is to help the socio-economic development of the regions within the framework of the national plans until 2026.
The programme includes an action plan, success indicators and an assessment of the necessary resources for its implementation. Ministries and local authorities are tasked with monitoring the implementation of the programme within the set timeframe. Growth anchor points are regions where there are good conditions for economic and social development.
The state plans to support these points by creating conditions for innovation, which will help improve the economic and social situation. The Cabinet of Ministers is also considering the possibility of allocating funds from the budget to support the development of these key points.
