According to the head of state, industrial output in the district has more than quadrupled. While this figure stood at 46.9 million KGS in 2021, it reached 205.2 million KGS by the end of 2025.
The President also noted major changes in road infrastructure. Over the past five years, 42.8 kilometers of roads have been paved in the district, and plans are in place to pave an additional 21.3 kilometers by the end of this year. In addition, five units of specialized equipment have been transferred to the road services.
“The Naryn–Baetov and Baetov–Kosh-Döbö highways, which were considered among the most problematic and have been repeatedly discussed on social media, will, with God’s help, be fully completed within the next one to two years,” said Sadyr Zhaparov.
The head of state reported that construction is continuing in the district on a number of public facilities, including buildings for the district prosecutor’s office, the emergency response department, the sanitary and epidemiological service, the military commissariat, and a 240-student school in the new Ak-Tilik residential complex.
According to the president, three schools and two kindergartens have already been put into operation in the Ak-Talinsky District in recent years, and two more schools and three kindergartens are currently under construction. Work is also underway to develop the healthcare system: over the past five years, the district general practice center has received six vehicles, including two ambulances, and modern medical equipment.
Sadyr Zhaparov also focused specifically on industrial development. As part of the state program to launch 100 enterprises annually, the “Tabigy Et” meat-processing plant in the village of Baetov and the “Ak-Bulak” milk-processing plant in the Kara-Bürgön Aiyl District began operations in the district in 2025.
In addition, construction of a small hydroelectric power plant on the Kurtka River in the village of Zhanı-Talap is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year.
In conclusion, the president emphasized the strategic importance of the China–Kyrgyzstan–Uzbekistan railway project. According to him, the project’s implementation will create new opportunities for the development of the Ak-Talyn District and will contribute to the growth of entrepreneurship, industry, agriculture, and logistics.
