07/26/2026, 13:38The average per capita disposable cash income of the population of Kyrgyzstan in 2025 stood at 11,810.1 KGS per month. These figures were released by the National Statistical Committee following a household survey.
Disposable income reflects the amount of money remaining with the population after the payment of compulsory payments and contributions.
The highest figures were, as usual, recorded in Bishkek. Here, the average per capita disposable income exceeded the national average by 3,439.3 KGS. The Chui Region also exceeded the national average, with household income there 519.7 KGS higher than the national average.
In all other regions, disposable income was below the national average. The widest gap was observed in the Naryn Region, where average per capita income was 2,831 KGS below the national average.
In the Issyk-Kul Region, the gap stood at 1,811 KGS; in the Talas Region, 1,798 KGS; in the Jalal-Abad Region, 914.4 KGS; in the Osh Region, 840.4 KGS; and in the Batken Region, 472.4 KGS. In the city of Osh, disposable income was 40.7 KGS below the national average.
Thus, the statistics continue to show a marked regional disparity in household incomes. Residents of Bishkek and the Chui Region remain the most affluent in terms of disposable income, whilst in most regions the figures still fall short of the national average.
