05/26/2025, 18:07Today, the Committee on Budget, Economic and Fiscal Policy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic reviewed and approved in the first reading a draft law ‘On Amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Non-Tax Revenues.’
One of the authors of the bill, MP Aisuluu Mamashova, noted that the initiative aims to exempt parents of children with disabilities from paying state fees when filing lawsuits in any category of cases.According to her, this measure is in line with the principles of social justice and the international obligations of the Kyrgyz Republic, and is also of significant economic importance.
She emphasised that the proposal is aimed at reducing the financial burden on families and promoting their more active participation in the protection of children's rights.
