In his speech, Anton Vetoshkin, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the RCF, noted that the Fund's experience confirms the high effectiveness of projects initiated by women.

"We are proud that the Fund's portfolio includes many projects initiated and implemented by women. Moreover, absolutely all projects for the development of educational infrastructure supported by the Fund through direct financing were initiated by women," said Anton Vetoshkin.
He added that women entrepreneurs demonstrate a high level of responsibility, discipline, a clear understanding of goals, and sincere dedication to their work.
“These qualities directly affect the success of projects and their long-term sustainability,” added Vetoshkin.

The Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund systematically supports women's initiatives in key sectors of the economy: from light industry and agro-processing to IT, education, and tourism. Today, the Fund's portfolio includes nearly 3,700 projects worth more than $1 billion, and the combined revenue of the companies it has financed accounts for nearly 9% of Kyrgyzstan's GDP. A significant part of these achievements is the result of women's leadership and hard work.
Reaffirming its commitment to gender equality in business, the KRF also became an investor in Kyrgyzstan's first gender bonds, which aim to expand women's economic rights and opportunities.
