03/18/2026, 16:18According to the National Bank, on 19 March 2026, the exchange rates of major currencies showed mixed trends compared to the previous day.
The US dollar remained unchanged at 87.4500 KGS.
The euro strengthened by 0.1868%, to 100.8561 KGS.
The Russian rouble weakened significantly by 1.4334%, to 1.0590 KGS.
The Kazakhstani tenge also fell — by 0.7115%, to 0.1814 KGS.
The Chinese yuan rose by 0.1953%, reaching 12.7237 KGS.
Meanwhile, the rouble has been falling steadily for several days in a row. Whilst on 16 March its exchange rate stood at 1.0953 KGS, on 17 March at 1.0850, and on 18 March at 1.0744, over this period it fell by 0.0363 KGS, or approximately 3.31%.
