The rouble strengthened, while other currencies declined

On 10 October 2025, the official exchange rate of the US dollar in Kyrgyzstan fell slightly to 87.4471 KGS.

The euro also fell by 0.0248% to 101.55 KGS.

The Russian rouble, on the contrary, strengthened by 0.39% and reached 1.0726 KGS.

The Kazakh tenge showed a decline of 0.25%, falling to 0.1615 KGS, and the Chinese yuan fell by 0.097% to 12.2712 KGS.

At the Kyrgyzstan Health Forum held on 9 October in Bishkek, Deputy Prime Minister Edil Baisalov announced that the state plans to increase funding for healthcare almost threefold, from 44 billion KGS in 2025 to 130 billion KGS by 2030.
