As part of the pilot project on tax administration of the Dordoi market from March 15 to August 15, it involves interaction between the State Tax Service and banks to ensure a simplified payment process and optimization of administrative procedures.

As part of the project, the Dordoi shopping center will be fully digitized. Each container will receive a QR code containing full information about the business entity.

A mobile application is currently in the testing stage, through which taxpayers will be able to remotely register, apply for a tax rate, receive a decision, pay insurance premiums and taxes, including local ones.

Instead of on-site inspections, the Tax Service will focus on online monitoring, analysis and identification of potential risks; it is assumed that this approach will reduce the likelihood of corruption.

If the pilot project receives a positive assessment from entrepreneurs and tax authorities, the system will be extended to markets and mini-markets across the country.

A single tax account is a virtual wallet where taxpayers' funds are stored to meet their tax obligations. With its implementation, taxpayers will not have to make different payments; they will only have to make one, so-called single tax payment. The tax service itself will automatically distribute funds in accordance with individual tax obligations. This significantly reduces the risk of errors when filling in details and missing the deadline for paying taxes or contributions.

Since June 1, 2025, individuals and sole proprietors will be able to use a single tax account, but after analyzing the results of the pilot project, legal entities may also be able to make payments through a single tax account.
