06/11/2025, 11:35For the period from January to April 2025, excise tax revenues on alcoholic beverages in Kyrgyzstan increased to 946.4 million KGS, which is 13.8% more than in the same period of 2024 and 25.2% higher than in 2023.
Vodka brings the most money - its excise revenues amounted to 650.1 million KGS, which is 13.6% higher than in January-April 2024 and 29.5% higher than the 2023 level.
Receipts from packaged beer also increased from KGS 164.8 million in 2024 to KGS 205.9 million in 2025 (+24.9%). At the same time, receipts from non-packaged beer increased from KGS 16.4 million to KGS 21 million (+27.8%).
At the same time, there is a decrease in receipts from such categories as ethyl alcohol (27.8% decrease in 2025 compared to 2024), sparkling wines and liquor products.
