Sadyr Zhaparov met with ADB President Masato Kanda

On November 20, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov received Asian Development Bank (ADB) President Masato Kanda. The meeting focused on long-term cooperation between the country and the bank, as well as the implementation of significant projects in key sectors of the economy.

The head of state noted the positive dynamics of socio-economic development and emphasized that favorable conditions for large infrastructure projects are being created in Kyrgyzstan. Particular attention was paid to the transport sector, energy, and agriculture, which may become priority areas for cooperation.

For his part, Masato Kanda confirmed the ADB's readiness to support projects in the fields of green energy, agriculture, tourism, and transport infrastructure. He expressed confidence that joint work would contribute to improving the living standards of Kyrgyz citizens.
