02/04/2026, 11:08Kanat Kanbolotov, Director of the State Institute of Earthquake-Resistant Construction and Engineering Design, together with specialists from the institute, inspected the progress of construction and the condition of the building structures of the Bishkek Arena national football stadium.
Due to the fact that foreign companies are involved in the design and construction of the facility, the institute's specialists paid special attention to the engineering and structural solutions, as well as the modern technologies used in the construction of this sports facility.
The stadium under construction is the largest sports facility in Central Asia. The stadium has a capacity of 51,000 spectators, a total area of 170,000 square metres and a height of 70 metres.
