During the inspection of construction sites, it was established that during the construction of a 9-storey residential building in Bishkek, construction standards were violated and work was carried out that deviated from the project.
In addition, construction work that deviated from the project was also carried out on another 9-storey building under construction.
As a result, the department drew up a report on Stalmontazh Plus LLC, which carried out construction work on both sites, and imposed a fine of 423,000 KGS. The department also issued a written warning and suspended the construction company's licence until the construction site was brought into line with the project.
The department urges that construction and installation work be carried out in accordance with the law and the approved project. The Ministry of Construction reminds of the need to strictly comply with the materials specified in the project, safety regulations and all construction standards.
