According to the Ministry, as of 28 July 2026, the country’s power system is operating normally*. No overloads or technical faults have been recorded in the electricity networks.
The Ministry of Energy noted that, as part of preparations for the upcoming autumn-winter period, scheduled maintenance work is continuing at facilities within the electricity grid complex.
Consumers were reminded that the schedule for planned maintenance can be viewed on the official website of OJSC ‘NESK’ and via the ‘My Light’ mobile app.
The ministry also urged Kyrgyz citizens to use electricity sparingly, particularly during peak demand periods, to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the power system.
