07/10/2026, 10:42The sole shareholder of OJSC “State Customs Infrastructure” has decided to increase the company’s authorised capital by 69 million 214 thousand KGS. The funds will be contributed in the form of assets.
In accordance with the sole shareholder’s decision, assets worth 69 million 214 thousand KGS will be transferred to the company’s authorised capital, in line with the Cabinet of Ministers’ decree of 25 June 2026.
To this end, the company will carry out an additional issue of 69,214 ordinary registered shares with a par value of 1,000 KGS each. The shares will be placed by private placement in favour of the State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers.
Following the additional issue, the OJSC’s authorised capital will amount to 4.46 billion KGS. The company will also need to amend its articles of association and undergo state re-registration.
OJSC ‘State Customs Infrastructure’ is a company with a sole shareholder — the State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
