Prices for services for the general public rose by 1.1% in June

In June 2026, prices for services provided to the general public in Kyrgyzstan increased by 1.1% compared with the previous month. Hairdressing services saw the most significant price rise — by 6.0%.

Prices also rose for services relating to the organisation of cultural events and shoe repairs – by 4.9 per cent – as well as for the routine maintenance and repair of residential premises – by 4.4 per cent – and for tailoring services – by 1.9 per cent.

In addition, hotel and restaurant services rose by 1.2 per cent, whilst transport services rose by 0.6 per cent.

  • Manas Airport to restrict passenger flights due to the SCO

    Manas International Airport will operate under special arrangements on 31 August and 1 September due to the SCO Summit and the World Nomad Games. During the day, the arrival and departure of scheduled passenger flights will be temporarily restricted to facilitate the reception and handling of aircraft carrying heads of state and official delegations.
