Technical certification of a facility can now be done through the Tunduk app

The Ministry of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies announces the launch of a new digital service — online application for technical certification of real estate through the Tunduk mobile app.

The service is intended for real estate owners — individuals — and is available if you have a real estate identification code.

How to apply:

1. Open the Tunduk app;
2. Go to the ‘My Property’ section;
3. Select the property;
4. Submit an application for technical passportisation.

Terms of service:

• Prepayment — 500 soms;
• Completion time — up to 6 working days;
• If the application is approved, the user will receive a notification with an invitation to visit the agency's branch at the location of the property to receive the technical passport and make the additional payment;
• If the application is rejected, a notification will be sent stating the reason. To get your prepayment back, you need to go to any branch of the agency with this notification.

This new digital service gives people a convenient and quick way to get a technical passport, cutting down on time and admin costs.

This new digital option is the result of joint efforts by the Ministry of Digital Development and Innovation, the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy and Cartography, and the state institution ‘Tunduk’ under the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic.
