12/22/2025, 10:32Tokmok PATP OJSC has decided to voluntarily liquidate and withdraw from public company status. The decision was made on December 16 at a joint meeting of the company's board of directors and management board.
The company, registered in the city of Tokmok in the Chui region, had ordinary registered shares traded on the stock exchange. As part of the decision, the property and territory of the enterprise will be transferred to the balance sheet of the Tokmok mayor's office. After that, the activities of the joint-stock company will be terminated.
The chairman of the company's management board is responsible for supervising the liquidation procedure and the transfer of assets to the municipality.
In addition, a decision was made to create a commission to transfer documentation to the archives and destroy documents that are not subject to storage. Its members include a member of the company's board of directors, a member of the management board, and the chief accountant.
Thus, Tokmok PATP is ceasing to operate as a public joint-stock company, and its property complex is being transferred to municipal ownership. This effectively means the winding up of its activities.
