The price at which gold is bought back in Kyrgyzstan has risen by 4,300 KGS over the past week

Prices for standard gold bars issued by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic fluctuated between 5 and 9 October. Over the week, the buy-back price for a troy ounce of gold rose by 4,272 KGS, whilst the selling price remained unchanged.

At the start of the week, on 5 October, the buy-back price stood at 368,558 KGS, but by 9 October it had fallen to 362,830 KGS, despite some fluctuations in the interim. The selling price remained at 381,665.50 KGS throughout the week.

The most significant fall in the buy-back price occurred on 8 October, when it dropped to 360,275 KGS. The very next day, the figure rose by 2,555 KGS, reaching 362,830 KGS.
