The State Development Bank and mobile operator Mega (Alfa Telecom CJSC) now have their own processing centre. According to the Ministry of Justice, on 25 April this year, they officially registered a new legal entity, OAO Processing KJ.

Interestingly, the open joint-stock company appeared on the same day that OOO Processing KJ was liquidated, where the same person, Ulan Bukabaev, is listed as the director.
He was previously the chairman of the board of OJSC Ayil Bank. According to the justice authorities, he is also the director of the microcredit company Alladan.

We would add that the main activity of the newly created company is listed as work in the field of information technology and computing. It will likely be involved in processing bank and other digital payments.

The new organisation is located in Bishkek, at 58a Erkindik Boulevard.
