New deputy appointed to the Kyrgyz president's administration

Elmira Usenova has been relieved of her duties as deputy chief of staff to the president at her own request, according to a statement she submitted. The relevant order was signed by Sadyr Zhaparov.

President Sadyr Zhaparov also signed an order appointing Roza Mamyrbaeva as Deputy Chief of Staff to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
