06/26/2025, 09:27The Land and Water Supervision Service conducted an inspection of the activities of “Besh-Archa” LLC in Kadamjai district of Batken oblast. As a result of which it was found out that from 2023 to May 2025 the company used 10 499 m³ of surface water for production needs without paying mandatory payments to the budget.
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 222 of October 18, 2021, legal entities that take water from water bodies located above 2.7 thousand meters above sea level are obliged to pay 100 soms for each cubic meter of water.
Since “Besh-Archa” is engaged in coal mining in the relevant zone, the amount of unpaid fee amounted to 1 million 49 thousand 900 soms. These funds were fully recovered in favor of the state.
