06/26/2025, 17:58The land plot of 255.6 hectares belonging to OJSC “Yntymak” (former Balykchi fruit and vegetable processing plant) was returned to state ownership. This was reported by the press service of the SCNB KR.
The law enforcers found that the right of private ownership of the plot was obtained in violation of the law - on the basis of a resolution of the Issyk-Kul District State Administration dated May 3, 2000. The plot is located on the territory of Toru-Aigyr-Tamchy aimak of Issyk-Kul district.
In addition, it turned out that the land had not been used for its intended purpose for many years, was in a neglected state and had not been developed.
According to the results of the inspection, the land plot was returned to state ownership. The SCNS clarified that the work on revealing illegally transferred plots at the disposal of Yntymak OJSC continues.
