Particular attention was paid to logistics issues. Mirziyoyev called for the introduction of ‘single window’ and ‘green corridor’ systems on the Trans-Caspian route, and also proposed holding an International Forum on Multimodal Transport and Logistics of Turkic States in Tashkent in November.
Initiatives to boost investment cooperation were also announced, ranging from the launch of a single investment portal to the creation of a joint venture company and an industrial cooperation programme. According to the president, this will enable the Turkic countries to build a sustainable and mutually beneficial economic system.
