In Bishkek, residents will be able to have their hearts and blood sugar levels checked for free

A free medical checkup will be held at Adinay Park on October 31 and November 1 as part of the “Zhurök Fest — Heart Marathon.” Residents will be able to have their blood pressure measured, check their blood sugar and cholesterol levels, determine their body mass index, and consult with a cardiologist.

The screening is organized by the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy under the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan. The checkup will be available to everyone, regardless of whether they participate in the race.

On October 31, the medical station will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and on November 1, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Race participants can choose between a 3.5-km or 10-km distance.
