A consignment of mink products without the necessary accompanying documents has been discovered at Osh Airport

Recently, officials from the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic discovered a consignment of mink products at Osh International Airport that was not accompanied by the necessary documents.

During an inspection of the luggage of passengers arriving from the Russian Federation, mink fur products were discovered. Specifically, 555 mink hats and 270 mink skins were found.  

The total estimated value of the consignment is 2.6 million KGS. However, this consignment lacked accompanying documents, including an invoice and proof of registration with the tax authorities. 

The relevant reports have been drawn up following the discovery. Measures provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic are currently being implemented.
