09/08/2025, 16:39Preparations for the construction of the Ala-Too Resort ski resort have begun in the Ak-Suu district of the Issyk-Kul region. The boundaries of land plots have been clarified and boundaries for future facilities have been established in the Khan-Teniri aiyl aimak.
The event was attended by Azamat Kadyraliyev, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration and Head of the Department for Preparing Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers. He presented the investors who won the July auction with red books for the allocated land plots.
In the near future, construction of five-star hotels, VIP cottages and modular houses will begin on the territory of Zhyrgalan Peak.
Forty-nine lots were put up for auction in July, of which 14 winners were determined. All properties were purchased by local investors.
