Social facilities were returned to the state in the Ak-Suu district in Issyk-Kul region

The SCNS KR, as part of the work to identify and return to the state balance illegally withdrawn into private ownership of industrial facilities and land plots, returned a number of objects in the Issyk-Kul region.

Thus, a land plot measuring 0.70 hectares with an administrative building with an area of 356 square metres, a boiler house building with an area of 944 square metres, which was previously on the balance sheet of a secondary school in the village of Teplokluchenka in Ak-Suu district, were returned to the state. As well as the building of a treatment centre with an area of 39 square metres with thermal waters, located in the Ak-Suu gorge.

It was established that K.D.Sh., a native of Ak-Suu village, had acquired these plots and buildings in violation of the current legislation. As a result of investigative and operational activities, K.D.Sh. recognised the facts of violation of legislation and voluntarily transferred the above-mentioned objects to the balance of the local government unit of Ak-Suu district of Issyk-Kul province.

In addition, the illegally privatised land plot of 0.60 hectares, on which the kindergarten was previously located, was returned to the balance of the state.
