The chairman of the board has changed at the Auto Assembly Plant

Changes have been made to the executive body—the board—at OAO Auto Assembly Plant. The decision was made by the company's board of directors on March 5, 2026.

The powers of the chairman of the board, Oleg Velilyayev, and board member Medetkan Turumbekov were terminated on March 5.

Oleg Velilyayev's share in the company's authorized capital was previously 0.5400%. Nurlan Mamytov has been appointed as the new chairman of the board. Oleg Velilyayev has taken the position of first deputy chairman of the board, and Almaz Dzholdoshaliyev has become deputy chairman of the board for security.

Mahira Syubaeva and Chinara Abdykeeva were elected as members of the board.

The decision was formalized in the minutes of the board of directors meeting No. 3 dated March 5, 2026. No other circumstances leading to changes in the composition of the board were indicated.
