After that, a contract was signed for the supply of reagents for PCR and ICHLA laboratories. For five years, the supplier sold reagents at inflated prices, and according to the investigation, part of the funds was transferred to the director as illegal remuneration.
An audit of the center's financial and economic activities for 2020-2025 established damages to the state in the amount of 36 million KGS. On March 5, 2026, the former director of the institution was placed in the GKNB detention center. The legal assessment of the head of LLC “M” will be given during the investigation.
