08/29/2025, 09:40The Batken Regional Capital Construction Department has announced a tender for the construction of a fence with a gate and wicket at the Chet-Bulak (Zhan-Dostuk) site in Suu-Bashinsky a/a, Batken district. The planned cost of the work is 62.4 million KGS.
The tender is open, and all interested companies can submit their bids. Proposals will be accepted until September 12, 2025. The winner of the tender will have to start work at their own expense and complete the construction in accordance with the contract.
Under the terms of the contract, the contractor will receive payment after the facility is commissioned, and penalties are provided for delays in work or payment — 0.1% of the contract value for each day, but not more than 0.5% of the total amount.
The tender includes bank support for the contract, and all disputes will be resolved in the courts of general jurisdiction of the Kyrgyz Republic.
