10/14/2026, 16:25Today, 14 October, President Sadyr Zhaparov took part in a ceremony to hand over the keys to flats in two residential complexes belonging to the State Mortgage Company (GIK), built on Begmatova and Malikova Streets in Bishkek. A total of 1,209 families received their homes.
According to the Head of State, 1,104 flats were handed over to their owners in the ‘Muras’ residential complex on Malikova Street. Earlier, in the same complex, keys to a further 2,066 flats had been handed over to citizens in two phases.
In June next year, a further 1,584 flats are scheduled to be handed over to their owners.
“Thus, the ‘Muras’ residential complex comprises 39 blocks with a total capacity of 4,754 flats”, — noted Sadyr Zhaparov.
In addition, the keys to 105 flats in the residential complex within the ‘Kara-Zhygach’ housing estate in Bishkek were handed over to their owners. The President took part in this ceremony online.
