Routes for 13 bus services in Bishkek have been temporarily altered for two days

In Bishkek, the routes for 13 bus services have been temporarily altered due to the closure of the junction of Aaly Tokombayev and Baytik Baatyra streets. The restrictions will be in place from 17 to 18 June.

The changes are due to repair and restoration work being carried out at one of the capital’s busiest junctions. To ensure safety and the smooth running of public transport, the routes have been diverted to alternative streets.

The adjustments affect bus routes No. 10(T), No. 103, No. 56, No. 152, No. 175, No. 66, No. 104, No. 35, No. 1, No. 9, No. 215, No. 45 and No. 146.

The city council noted that the temporary route plans have been drawn up with a view to minimising inconvenience to passengers and ensuring road safety.

Residents and visitors to the capital are advised to take these changes into account when planning their journeys.

It should be noted that work on the reconstruction and repair of road infrastructure is continuing in Bishkek, which is why temporary traffic restrictions are periodically introduced on certain sections.
