10/12/2026, 18:11The Chui Regional Office of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control has carried out an inventory of facilities located within the Bek-Too, Kara-Zhygach and Tash-Moynok aiyl okmotus in the Alamudun District of the Chui Region.
During the inventory, facilities involved in the extraction and processing of sand and gravel mixtures were inspected. These included concrete mixing plants, crushing and screening plants, mortar and concrete production units, and a brickworks.
The results of the inspections showed that 18 facilities were covered, of which seven were operating lawfully. At the remaining facilities, compliance with urban planning and architectural legislation was checked, as well as the availability of the relevant design and planning permission documentation.
Administrative measures were taken against the business entities in respect of the identified violations. The total amount of fines imposed was 1 million KGS.
In addition, the activities of ‘Sand’ LLC, ‘Avira Group’, ‘Maser Mix’, ‘Weiler Stroy’ and ‘Zhagalaman’ were examined.
Inspections at the remaining sites are continuing.
