The key focus of the meeting was the need to move from assessing indicators to developing specific mechanisms for implementing priorities.
The meeting addressed issues related to the implementation of state and regional programmes, the state of agriculture and irrigation infrastructure, the implementation of infrastructure and social projects, employment, the quality of public services, attracting investment and the development of the processing industry.
Particular attention was paid to water resource management and energy supply issues. These areas were identified as fundamental to the sustainability of the region's agricultural economy.
According to Torobaev, further work should focus on ensuring economic growth, supporting farms and expanding processing capacities. The task of increasing the transparency and efficiency of regional projects was also identified.
Following the meeting, the relevant ministries and regional authorities were instructed to prepare detailed roadmaps for each priority area, specifying deadlines and responsible executors.
As the deputy head of the Cabinet of Ministers emphasised, the synchronisation of the work of central and regional authorities is considered a necessary condition for the growth of household incomes and the development of entrepreneurial activity in the region.
